The financial reporting business revolves around document sharing and collaboration. Source documents, accounting files, support schedules, financial statements, footnotes, SEC reports...all these documents are needed by management, accountants, attorneys, and auditors in order to get the job done. E-mailing these files to all concerned parties is a cumbersome and time consuming process. We think we have a better way.

Our Doccess system is simply a secure set of folders maintained on our in-house file server. We offer password-protected access to you and to whomever you authorize. These folders maintain, in real time, the most current version of all documents we have regarding your company: Workpapers, financial statements, footnotes, 10-K, and source documents (we will scan all source documents not available in electronic format with our high-speed scanners, and store them on Doccess as Adobe Acrobat files).

It is a centralized location for your SEC filings. Have you ever tried to print a 10-K directly from the Edgar website? It doesn’t work very well. Log into Doccess and retrieve a copy of any of your SEC reports, in Word.
It is also a centralized location for your corporate documents, such as your transfer agent control log, leases, bank statements, contracts, or any other document needed for the annual audit or quarterly review. If you don’t have the document in electronic format, send us a hard copy and we will scan it into PDF with our high speed scanners.
You can access your accounting support schedules at any time. Why is depreciation expense so high? Who was we issued all those shares of stock? What makes up interest expense? They are your records. You should have access to them.
