Mr. Hopkins has been CFO or Controller of publicly held companies for much of his career. In 2002, he opened his  own accounting firm, IncFin, LLC. At the same time, he started EdgarEyes, LLC as a natural extension of the accounting business.  Mr. Hopkins graduated from Kent State University with a BBA in Accounting, and from Pepperdine University with an MBA in Finance. He  is a licensed CPA in the state of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Williamson graduated from the University of New Mexico with Masters of Business Administration – Advanced Accounting degree in May 2006.  She has background experience in the areas of audit and taxation.
